the menu backtrack
There’s times that you wish you had done something, because it would have fit into a cool idea… Like take a picture of each empty cup of espresso you’ve had, or like keep every bag of coffee you had, or like take a picture of your belly everyday of your pregnancy (no, only coffee links for you! ;) ), or like put up a camera at a brew bar (where yours truly was working at), or like, you know, take a picture of your menu before you change it…
For some reason you didn’t do it, probably maybe because you were too busy to be even realizing how cool an idea keeping track of your changing menu actually is… probably maybe because you’re not that much of a picture taker… and probably maybe because you’re not that much of a cool kid either.
And then what you’re left with is some files on your computer with the labels of the bags of the coffees that you once offered…
But hey, ma mamma always thought me to make do with what I have… Thus as a nerdy coffee person, I still want to share what we think about our coffees, present, future and past… We put time and effort, and the most fun brainstorms evah into providing you with the details and our opinion on each of our coffees… and it really is worth reading them. And in the meantime, if you get bored, I tossed in some fun links to discover the real cool coffee kids. Enjoy!

ZWART temporary coffee lab opened its doors on Dec 15th 2011. We’re delighted that so many people have found their way to our delicious coffee and tea. Now, we want to welcome you to our virtual lab.
On this blog, we’ll inform you on everything that we encounter along our journey: the different coffees we’re serving, the roast profiles we’re using, guest appearances, workshops, interesting thoughts or just good old espressofaced nonsense.
